A passionate craftsman, Michael Roger creates his own yeast from a simple mixture of flour and water that is fermented. He then adds a honey-and-spice-based culture that favours the development of the rich and sweet yeast, comprising a variety of aromas and flavours, which has become his signature.
Canaël’s breads are perfect to accompany dishes with distinct flavours, casseroles, meats or with foie gras.
