Café-Bistro

The Canaël experience can be savoured not just at home but also on site, thanks to the rustic Café-Bistro. This introduction to fine dining, offered by master baker Michael Roger, has been designed to appeal to everyone by offering both healthy products and more decadent treats. The appeal of discovery and the possibility of sharing new palates and flavours motivates the Canaël team to outdo itself, to create, and above all to surprise customers with their breakfast creations as much as with their dinners.

We offer from the Quebec traditionnal breakfast to the croqu’matin, passing by the healthy plate ou the viennoiserie all week long. Take a fresh orange juice with your meal and your day will begin on the right foot.

Lunch

Week: 11 am – 2 pm
Saturday : 12 pm – 2 pm

Our sandwich on our artisan breads with a choice of salad, a chicken salad, a quiche, a pâté champenois or a tomato tart: our lunch plates will fulfy your appetite in addition to pleasing your tastebuds!

Brunch

Sunday only : 11 am – 1.30 pm

The Brunch plate is a pure mix of what Quebecers expect and a touch of European discovery. One finds the classic eggs, sausage, and bacon accompanied by various gourmet treats.
